Now at Susie Q Quilting

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. For the second year in a row I got to spend Christmas with my special cutie Dale. I know travel through the snow may not have been fun, but a White Christmas is always magical to me. I loved it.

Now back to business. This week we have 50 % off Christmas things. 30 % off all books. We also have this coupon below. Please print out the red portion of this blog and bring it into the store to get the discount.

Buy $25 regular price items and save 10%
Buy $50 regular price items and save 20%
Buy $75 regular price items and save 30%

Now want to add 5% to the above amounts then go through your stash and pick a fabric purchased at Susie Q Quilting to bring in. The fabric must be in Lindbergh High School colors or TCU colors. What are their colors. This is up to you to research. The fabric must be at least a 1/4 yard or fat quarter and it must be in mostly one of the 4 colors listed above.

Please print out the red writing and bring into the store to get your discount.

I am so excited that Lindbergh High School is marching in the Rose Bowl parade and TCU (Texas Christian University) is ranked 3rd in the country and will be playing and most likely winning the Rose Bowl. In their honor Susie Q Quilting will be closed on Saturday January 1st.

So everyone stay home and watch the parade and football game. Susan will try to think of some reward for those who do both. The reward will be posted on the blog next week.

By January 1st our website should be updated. www.susieqquitling.com

upcoming events in January include:

New Saturday Block of the Month Quilt starts January 8th at 9, 11, or 1
New 6 week beginning quilt class starts Monday January 17th at 9 am or 6 pm
New 1930's clothesline club starts Thursday January 27th.
I believe we have one double room left for the retreat on January 28-30 at Todd Hall
